Parental Alienation is like a death to the loving, law-abiding, Mother (father) who raised her Children teaching them important lessons including the importance of good values and character while setting the example herself.
Any loving, law-abiding Parent understands this emotion and understands that taking Children AWAY from their loving Mother (father) can ONLY be carried out by VERY SICK CRIMINALS. It is a CRIME to take Children away from their loving Mother (father) as any reasonable person knows.
This horror at the extinction of life causes “a severance, a spiritual wound, which like a physical wound is sometimes fatal, sometimes heals, but ALWAYS aches.”-Tolstoy
Why do so many people and organizations refuse to acknowledge this epidemic form of abuse commonly created at the time of divorce and REFUSE to help the Children and their loving Mother (father) reunite? This is not reasonable or compassionate but promotes the abuse, terror and torture.
JUDGE ELIZABETH WHITE had the gall and obviously has such an empty heart too since the transcript shows she claimed her court of general jurisdiction has no jurisdiction to help a loving, law-abiding Mother and her Children reunite.
It is a shame JUDGE ELIZABETH WHITE never had the experience of clerking for the wise, honest, compassionate and very well respected Judge James S. Sfekas, as I did. The beloved Judge Sfekas helped many people from all walks of life by following up on their accomplishments and helping them reach their potential.
***He showed many people what it means to be loved and cared about with not only his court orders but with his phone calls, meetings, letters and other acts of kindness too.
No Jurisdiction???
***Judge James S. Sfekas followed the law but went BEYOND that…he brought love, respect, responsibility and accountability into the lives of those who were very fortunate to be assigned to his courtroom and have him preside over their case.
Judge Sfekas made our world a much better place for many, including me since I learned many very important lessons from him. However, it clearly appears JUDGE ELIZABETH WHITE and ALL THE DEFENDANTS in my lawsuit never learned these very important lessons. [CA Court of Appeal case# B267984]
***But even more unfortunate is that NOW, JUDGE ELIZABETH WHITE and ALL THE DEFENDANTS don’t want to learn these important lessons; they just want to keep ruling with their authority while harming Children and their loving Mother so they can PROFIT.
As each day goes by this fact becomes clearer and clearer and so does their CORRUPT CONSPIRACY.
As always, truth will prevail and these corrupt people and organizations which are part of the very SICK CONSPIRACY to take Children AWAY from their loving Mother will continue to destroy themselves. Just watch.
I stand very strong in my fight for truth and justice so millions like me can obtain a legal divorce and also not be subjected to the form of abuse, terror and torture called Parental Alienation.
Mothers deserve to be able to have a legal divorce; be able to receive their 50 percent interest in the community estate, be able to receive legally calculated alimony and be able to continue their companionship with their Children. This is the law and is also very reasonable and shows love and compassion.
