One type of MARRIAGE FRAUD is marriage where the U.S. citizen knows it is a fraud.
Court hearings and court documents over the past eight (8) years show my divorce contract is fraudulent, invalid and unenforceable because:
1) the net worth (value) of the community estate and its disposal were never established and;
2) there could not be what is called informed consent because material facts were missing from the contact so the people signing it could NOT have complete understanding or what is called “a meeting of the minds.”
Do you think the judge and law firms who signed the divorce contact REALLY did not know it was fraudulent and invalid?
Do you think my husband’s law firm Seastrom & Seastrom did not tell him it was fraudulent? Wasn’t this THEIR PLANNED SCHEME and what my husband hired them to do?
***IF NOT, why haven’t any of them helped me rectify this fraudulent and invalid divorce contract?
My law firm, the law offices of ALAN SHIFMAN lied to me and
mislead me by telling me my divorce contact was a valid and I was legally divorced.
Do you think other law firms involved in this case, and the law firms representing each defendant do not know my divorce contract is fraudulent?
In addition, I have explained my fraudulent divorce contract MANY TIMES in documents I filed with the court which all the defendants have received.
***Accordingly, when my husband, MARK HASSMAN married his mistress MIKEL SANDERS-PERSKY; do you REALLY think he did not know his marriage to her was fraudulent? Do you think since then, none of the defendants have told my husband and his mistress that their marriage is fraudulent?
I specifically requested in front of my husband and his mistress and other defendants that JUDGE ELIZABETH WHITE in the Los Angeles Superior Court help me obtain a legal divorce as the transcript shows. She just ignored me and dismissed the case.
THE TAX RETURNS of my husband and his mistress are fraudulent too.
Do you think my husband’s mistress, who has received these court documents just doesn’t care that she has a fraudulent marriage?
Obviously my husband doesn’t care either because he will not help me establish the net worth and its disposal so we can make our divorce contract legal, valid and enforceable.
The behavior of my husband, his mistress, other defendants and others involved in my lawsuit like Judge White is not reasonable but irrational and illegal. Yes, illegal because MARRIAGE FRAUD IS A SERIOUS CRIME.
***What are all these people and organizations hiding?
MARRIAGE FRAUD INVESTIGATIONS have revealed massive schemes that involve complex criminal organizations.
PARTICIPANTS IN MARRIAGE FRAUD may, knowingly or unknowingly, be aiding terrorists, foreign intelligence or other criminal organizations, and will be held accountable.
Those charged with marriage fraud may also be charged with fraud, conspiracy and making false statements and each charge carries additional prison sentences and financial penalties.
To combat marriage fraud and other similar crimes, several government task forces use a comprehensive approach AGAINST THE CRIMINAL ORGANIZATIONS and BENEFICIARIES BEHIND THESE FRAUDULENT SCHEMES.
Also, suppose I WANT TO GET MARRIED AGAIN…I can’t because I do not have a legal divorce. This is depriving me of another one of my legal rights.
Not only have I been deprived of my legal right to have a legal and valid divorce; I have also been deprived of my legal right to get married again.
