Continuing with the post directly below about how my husband MARK HASSMAN thinks he can prevent me from disclosing our fraudulent divorce contract where he secretly and illegally took all of our assets and CREATED PARENTAL ALIENATION.
He committed these fraudulent, immoral and illegal acts with the aiding and abetting of judges, law firms, religious organizations, the court-appointed therapist, executives, joint venture partners, nonprofit schools and universities and others.
I am preparing to file a cross-complaint so I am going through some documents.
The plethora of documents show very incriminating evidence for not just my crooked, heartless and senseless husband but also for :
- his crooked, heartless and senseless mistress and,
- the crooked, heartless and senseless judges, religious organizations, law firms, executives, joint venture partners, court-appointed therapist, nonprofit schools, universities and others.
When my husband swore under oath he needed to reduce my alimony to zero, he also signed “under the penalty of perjury” a document showing he encumbered himself with many luxuries.
***So of course he can’t pay the court ordered alimony but; encumbering yourself so you can’t pay your court-ordered alimony is illegal and immoral as any reasonable person knows.
*** My husband even shows that he is paying expenses for HIS MISTRESS’S CHILDREN and this took PRIORITY over my court-ordered alimony as JUDGE CLAUDIA SILBAR’S orders to reduce my support show. (not to mention that the net worth of the community estate and the net worth of the paying spouse was never established and it is against the law to calculate and order alimony and any modifications without those factors.)
Boy what a deal !!!
This mistress MIKEL SANDERS-PERSKY steals:
- My money,
- My assets,
- My substantial delayed tax refunds and much more
- and then has my husband pay for her children too
- as I am on welfare and other government programs because I never received my assets, savings, retirement, delayed tax refunds and other income from investments from my marriage of over 20 years.
Yes, I work but I need and I am entitled to receive my assets, savings, income and other property from my marriage of over 20 years which is still ongoing due to the fraudulent divorce contract.
I can’t even get a legal divorce contact.
So, my husband expects a judge to deny me of my legal right to Due Process to adjudicate these matters on the merits and obtain a legal divorce contact, finally.
***Is the LEGAL SYSTEM that RIGGED or has he just lost his mind?
So far, my lawsuits show the LEGAL SYSTEM is VERY RIGGED and we will continue to weigh in. Do you think Judges will acknowledge and correct their very harmful errors?
What about all the others involved?
It was disgraceful as the news today reported that
SUPREME COURT JUSTICE RUTH BADER GINSBERG (who by the way is Jewish and went to Harvard Law School and should know better) endorsed Crooked Hillary when she is supposed to be IMPARTIAL.
-Suppose JUSTICE GINSBERG has to decide the election if there is a tie?
- Suppose Donald wins, will she be unwilling to work with the judges and justices he appoints?
- Many were saying she should resign or may be forced to resign.
These were questions and comments in the news today.
Well, this Supreme Court Justice obviously thinks the laws do not apply to her and as my cases show, other Judges also think the same; like JUDGE CLAUDIA SIBAR and
JUDGE ELIZABETH WHITE.
For example, they refuse to acknowledge that my divorce contract is fraudulent, invalid and unenforceable because the net worth(value) and its distribution have been kept a SECRET.
This is illegal and also, how can you divide something 50/50 if you don’t know its value.

When I asked JUDGE ELIZABETH WHITE of the Superior Court in Los Angeles County if I just didn’t have any rights; she just ignored me as the transcript reflects. Her ACTIONS along with all the defendants in my lawsuits show they all believe I do not have any rights.
This is getting very interesting, like a Hollywood movie.
The fraudulent schemes of my divorce are very clear from THE FACE of documents but I guess my husband and others think they can just rule with authority and entitlement, especially PHIL SEASTROM of SEASTROM & SEASTROM who tried to argue that he is legally entitled to keep the net worth and its disposal a SECRET due to “anti-slapp” statutes. My lawyers, the judges and all the other defendants went along. It looks like PHIL SEASTRM is leading them off the cliff into jail. Time will tell.
My husband’s mistress along with JUDGE ELIZABETH WHITE said, as the court records and documents reflect; “that even if I am right, I will not win due to technicalities.” They just shot themselves in the foot because this statement alone shows their intent and malice along with other criminal acts when viewed in the totality of all the evidence.
I am thrilled more and more of this horrible and disgraceful truth is being exposed.
With awareness will come very important changes for honest, kind and compassionate people.
We must stand-up against these crooked, senseless and heartless people and organizations. They will destroy themselves with all their lies and shame. All their stolen money and property does not make them happy and they can’t relax either due to all of their corruption.
