I am preparing for my cross-complaint to his senseless motion to try to deny me of my legal right to Due Process. He wants to prevent me from suing to try to obtain a legal, valid and enforceable Divorce Contract and be justly compensated for all the harms I have and continue to suffer, including those from the abuse, terror and torture of Parental Alienation as my medical records show and what compassionate Mothers are expected to suffer from.
Anyway, my husband MARK HASSMAN submitted documents to the court which show he had them prepared by a law firm. Wow!
He is suppose to notify the court if he can return my alimony to the amount it was originally but instead has decided to HIRE AN EXPENSIVE LAW FIRM to produce court papers as he rides around in his two(2) NEW LEXUS VEHICLES he was somehow approved for and is somehow paying for.
***Corrupt, Biased JUDGE CLAUDIA SILBAR granted my husband’s motion to quash my subpoenas to find out how he was approved and is paying for these 2 Lexus vehicles. Think this shows bias and corruption? Big time!!!
Think Judge Claudia Silbar will be disbarred and will face jail time?
What do you think JUDGE RUTH BADER GINSBURG will think since she is known to support women’s rights? Do I not deserved to have a legal, valid and enforceable divorce contract without acts of Parental Alienation?
TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE for my husband MARK HASSMAN; he claims under the penalty of perjury on these law firm prepared documents that he does not have an attorney (is in pro per). More lies, which is his pattern of behavior. This is fraud upon the court and also more fraud.
LEGAL GHOSTWRITING has many ethical concerns and the law firm can be held liable for misleading the court and other unlawful and criminal actions like hiding income and assets. They really don’t get it…they really think they are above the law and won’t be held liable.
Also remember, JUDGE CLAUDIA SILBAR AND JUDGE ELIZABETH WHITE and NONE of the law firms involved have demanded that the divorce contract be set aside or amended since
the legally required: 1) disclosure of the net worth of the community estate and 2)its disposal and also 3) the legally required personal net worth of my husband, the paying spouse for each alimony modification, have all been kept a SECRET.
Like my friend said, everyday this is becoming more and more like a Hollywood movie.
I am thrilled so much of the truth is being exposed which should help millions of us, especially Women and Mothers who trusted our husbands.
Any reasonable person knows that a good marriage is based upon trust, as are other good relationships.
BETRAYAL OF TRUST is immoral and in many situations, illegal as I continue to prove; especially for those with fiduciary duties and moral responsibilities like judges, a spouse, law firms, therapists, religious leaders, joint venture partners and many others.
Also, ignorance is not bliss or a defense of the law either.
