JUDGE R. GARY KLAUSNER was the judge who heard the LED ZEPPELIN “Stairway to Heaven” case and is also the Judge of my US District Court case #CV-16-4188-RGM(JEM).
This is the case where I have sued the following parties for: 1) conspiring to encourage Parental Alienation; 2) the illegal and immoral use of 501(c)(3) and other agreements of nonprofit organizations; 3) fraudulent divorce contracts; and 4) resulting marriage fraud so they can PROFIT.
The parties I sued in this case are:
-THE RABBINICAL ASSEMBLY OF AMERICA (whose Executive Vice President RABBI JULIE SCHONFELD is on PRESIDENT OBAMA’S religious council);
- THE BETH TFILOH CONGREGATION OF BALTIMORE CITY, which married me and knows I am a law-abiding citizen who should not be alienated from my Children and should not be prohibited from obtaining a legal divorce contract either; so they and others can steal my money using their nonprofit agreements;
-EMORY UNIVERSITY, whose head of their ETHICS Department and JEWISH BIOETHICS chair and others also know I am a law-abiding citizen who should not be alienated from my Children and should not be prohibited from obtaining a legal divorce contract either; so they and others can steal my money using their nonprofit agreements;
-BANK OF AMERICA- for the same and other reasons;
-MICHELLE OBAMA-for the same and other reasons but worse; claims she is HELPING Women and Children which is her legacy but has refused to recognized these EPIDEMIC problems for years and her speech at the Convention was full of lies. (see post below for clear examples which I can prove.)
I stated in a prior post at the time of this Led Zeppelin trial that JUDGE R. GARY KLAUSNER appeared to be corrupt because he did NOT FOLLOW THE LETTER AND SPIRIT(intention) OF THE LAW.
In other words, he knew that before 1972, only sheet music was protected by federal copyright law.
The band Spirit sued Led Zeppelin claiming they had stolen the famous opening of the “Stairway” song which Spirit made in their song “Taurus” in 1968. JUDGE R. GARY KLAUSNER knew the SPIRIT OF THE LAW (no pun intended) was not to exclude the recording especially for all those years since 1972 when the song “Stairway” has been played millions of times earning millions of dollars for Led Zeppelin.
However, JUDGE R. GARY KLAUSNER refused to play the Spirit recording during the trial for the jury to hear knowing this would clearly, objectively and also unlawfully make it very difficult for the jury to rule in Spirit’s favor.
As any reasonable and objective person knows, and you don’t need to be a judge to know this; the law was obviously changed in 1972 because bands whose music was being stolen could not be justly compensated.
Accordingly, wouldn’t it have been more just, moral and in the keeping of the LETTER AND SPIRIT OF THE LAW to play the song and also demand that Spirit be awarded some of the profits received from “Stairway” by Led Zeppelin since 1972? If you play the 2 songs you will clearly and objectively hear the glowing similarities. It is difficult to even determine one from the other.
Further, it appears JUDGE R. GARY KLAUSNER tired to harass and silence Spirit’s attorney in the courtroom as the transcripts and other records show.
Is this any different than what JUDGE CLAUDIA SILBAR and JUDGE ELIZABETH WHITE have done to me because I am legally and peacefully trying to exercise my right to Due Profit so I can have and OBJECTIVE judge hear the facts and rule that I must obtain a legal divorce and be compensated for all of my rights and property which have been stolen from me as the Constitution and other laws demand?
NO JUDGE HAS THE RIGHT TO INTERPRET THE LAW USING THEIR OWN BIASED, NON-OBJECTIVE STANDARDS. This is not democracy but is what our RIGGED LEGAL SYSTEMS promotes daily as my lawsuits and many other lawsuits clearly show.
So, do you think JUDGE R. GARY KLAUSNER will deny my Reconsideration motion when my fee waiver ONLY was before his court but ordered that my entire case be thrown out to protect those in the Establishment who I have named above which include MICHELLE OBAMA?
Will JUDGE R. GARY KLAUSNER find some obscure reason that is not following the LETTER AND SPIRIT OF THE LAW to deny me my legal right to Due Process just like JUDGE CLAUDIA SILBAR and JUDGE ELIZABETH WHITE did before him?
Well, if so, I will just appeal to the US Supreme Court because I and millions of other honest, loving, law-abiding Mothers have a legal right to have a legal divorce contract and also not to be abused, terrorized, tortured and oppressed by Parental Alienation. These intentional and malicious acts are not within THE LETTER AND SPIRIT OF OUR LAWS IN THE UNITED STATES as JUDGE R. GARY KLAUSNER, JUDGE CLAUDIA SILBAR and JUDGE ELIZABETH WHITE all know.
To make matters worse for them, these Judges and others involved; they intentionally refuse to correct their illegal and malicious orders and pattern of behavior which will be held against them. This is Justice and Democracy.
