TWICE IN MY LIFE I could have CHOSEN to remain part of this corrupt and immoral Establishment and profit too by abusing, terrorizing, torturing and oppressing others including vulnerable children, teens, young adults and adults, but I didn’t.
INSTEAD, I have twice, yes twice, CHOSEN to fight this corrupt and immoral Establishment and won the first time and I am winning again now.
THE FIRST TIME was in 1985 when I REFUSED TO ALLOW my corrupt and immoral:
1. father, STANLEY PENN,
2. mother, HELENE PENN-DORF,
3. sister RUTH PENN CARLINER and
4. their attorney LEONARD KOHLENSTEIN
to illegally and immorally use my social security number and a fraudulent grantor trust and make me part of their illegal and immoral scheme to evade taxes.
I learned many valuable lessons from the wise and honest Judge I clerked for, the late JUDGE JAMES S. SFEKAS; my wise and honest Trust and Estate law school professor who was also the Trust and Estate Director of a major bank in Baltimore, LARRY ROSENTHAL; the renowned and very kind handwriting and document expert LYNDAL SHANEYFELT and others.
Even my husband MARK F. HASSMAN was very supportive of my efforts to obtain freedom from this illegal and immoral scheme my parents, sister and their attorney concocted so I could freely file my own tax returns as a married woman, not having to OBEY their orders that they must file them due to their TAX EVASION SCHEME.
My parents, sister and their attorney tried to INDOCTRINATE ME by telling me I had an OBLIGATION as a member of this family to OBEY THEM and SACRIFICE my legal rights so they could profit at my expense.
To fight them would be like “treason” because instead of betraying my country, I would be BETRAYING MY FAMILY.
It is always better to part company and get away from those who are evil and malicious and trying to make you “sacrifice” for THEIR wellbeing which is harming you.
In George Orwell’s classic novel “1984,” the corrupt and immoral Establishment tries to INDOCTRINATE the vulnerable and less educated and experienced people by demanding that they BELIEVE:
• “War is Peace” so you MUST willingly fight for illegal, immoral and evil causes so the COLLECTIVE evil Establishment can profit. There is no happiness or love, just abuse, terror, torture and oppression and you MUST learn to ACCEPT this UNLESS you CHOOSE TO FIGHT BACK like I have done;
• “Freedom is Slavery” so you MUST be their slave or they will try to abuse, terrorize, torture and oppress you like they have been doing to me with acts of obstruction of justice, fraud, malice, lies, obtaining illegal restraining orders, hacking and many others.
So CHOOSE to use your heart mind and soul and FIGHT BACK like I have successfully done TWICE in my life. Making others suffer allows this corrupt and immoral Establishment and those aiding and abetting them to feel POWERFUL over those they harm so FIGHT BACK;
• “Ignorance is Strength” so you MUST OBEY them and not try to use reason, objectivity and other educational sources to figure out the TRUTH. That is prohibited because what they say is the truth even if what they say is illegal, immoral and irrational.
For example, demanding you must alienate your loving, law-abiding Mother and pretend she is dead so the evil and immoral COLLECTIVE ESTABLISHMENT can all make her suffer from Parental Alienation and easily steal her assets from her divorce. They know it is in your best interest to continue your relationship with your loving and law-abiding Mother but they don’t care about YOU. They only care about POWER AND CONTROL.
Chaim Potok’s classic novel “The Chosen,” is about
Jews who run their Organizations, Institutions and Family like a CULT which promotes POWER AND CONTROL.
This novel shows that children, even young adult children who do not OBEY their parents’ irrational and unreasonable demands are alienated. The characters in this classic novel are fiction but the story is very real.
Like the characters in “The Chosen;” I too was expelled from my Jewish family, the Jewish Synagogues BETH TFILOH in Baltimore and SINAI TEMPLE in Los Angeles and other Jewish Organizations and Institutions because I refused to SACRIFICE my legal rights so all of them could illegally and immorally PROFIT at my expense.
I refused to illegally and immorally allow these corrupt and immoral JEWISH organizations to use of my social security number or steal my assets.
My case in 1985 helped change “the kiddie trust” laws so parents, siblings, their attorney, Jewish Organizations, Institutions and others can no longer abuse, terrorize, torture and oppression other children including young adult and adult children like they did with me.
Not only did I EXPOSE THE TRUTH, I also OBTAINED JUSTICE because I held those accountable for violating the law and also helped CHANGE THE LAW so others would not be harmed like I was.
IT SHOWS TRUE HUMAN GREATNESS when one less experienced person can hold more experienced very educated, immoral, evil and malicious people and organizations accountable. This is what I did with my lawsuit filed in 1985.
I PLAN TO DO THIS AGAIN NOW with my lawsuits against many in the Establishment and others who have evil, immoral and illegal POLICIES or are aiding and abetting in following these policies to PROMOTE the abuse, terror, torture and oppression of Parental Alienation and the illegal and immoral use of 501(c)(3), other nonprofit agreements and other vehicles to steal the Mother’s assets and income at the time of divorce or thereafter.
For over eight (8) years now, I, a loving and law-abiding Mother have been living deprived of my legal and constitutional rights to even know the whereabouts of my children and deprived of loving and caring for them as well. These are BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS as any reasonable person knows.
What has our society become when our leaders PROMOTE THE DESTRUCTION of the sacred bond between a loving and law-abiding Mother and her children?
We have become a society BASED ON TERRORISM.
TOTAL SUBORDINATION to authority, NO EQUAL RIGHTS OR DUE PROCESS and a REDISTRIBUTION of assets and income to the evil, corrupt and immoral Establishment and those aiding and abetting them is TERRORISM.
As a result millions of Mothers and their children are living deprived of their basic needs, including the need of a Mother to love her Children and vice versa. This is a society which has ABANDONED HUMANITY.
I am very grateful for my mind, my reasonable, moral and compassionate beliefs and my concern for the general welfare of society and future generations. Therefore, I will not turn my head and ignore this evil and terror so I and others can profit.
I will not become part of this corrupt, immoral and terrorist group. Democracy does not promote a REDISTRIBUTION of income and assets or GREED, HATRED AND CRUELTY and neither does an honest, moral, loving human being.
We are NOT BEASTS. We are human beings with free will and a mind, heart and soul who also have a conscience. Our conscience should be used to help PROTECT love, truth, morality and justice; not destroy it for GREED AND POWER. Those who do will be held accountable by me AGAIN, like I did in 1985.
Also, TIME is on my side because each day the TRUTH of this abuse, terror, torture and oppression by those in the Establishment and those aiding and abetting them becomes clearer and clearer. This is all part of obtaining Justice.
Ipso Facto, let the facts speak for themselves as they do more and more each day.
Like I have always said and my life experiences show; don’t expect corrupt, immoral and evil people to change because most never do. Instead, give them enough rope and watch them hang themselves and each other more and more each day.
Do your part by spreading the truth in your community so we can end these policies of abuse, terror, torture and oppression by those in the corrupt and immoral Establishment while saving our way of life in America which includes FREEDOM and EQUAL RIGHTS for all loving and law-abiding Mothers and others suffering from acts of Parental Alienation and the illegal use of 501(c)(3) and other vehicles used to steal our assets and income.
Truth, Justice and I also believe God are prevailing as the overwhelming facts show.
