How did they let happen or occur THEIR intentional, malicious, unlawful, immoral, and criminal DENIAL of my legal, constitutional and fundamental rights and STILL REFUSE to rectify the serious harms they have caused and continue to cause by refusing to help draft, sign and file a DIVORCE JUDGMENT WHICH COMPLIES WITH THE LAWS?
Specifically, overwhelming facts I have repeatedly presented in public records have repeatedly proven that my defendants and those aiding and abetting them are all part of an active
CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY AND RACKETEERING ENTERPRISE.
Today, many of my defendants and those aiding and abetting them should have been served with more documents from me proving their intentional, malicious and repeated criminal and racketeering acts. If not today, then probably tomorrow or the next day.
I am a law-abiding Woman and I am entitled to EQUAL RIGHTS under our laws in the United States which include receiving my fifty percent interest in my community estate, income, property and other assets at the time of divorce when my FRAUDULENT and INVALID DIVORCE JUDGMENT was:
1) drafted, 2) reviewed; and 3) then signed by several law firms AND my crooked, evil Harvard business school graduate and certified public accountant, still legal husband MARK HASSMAN and also ENFORCED by other law firms, nonprofit organizations, professionals and others.
As one example, JUDGE CLAUDIA SILBAR sanctioned my FRAUDULENT and INVALID DIVORCE JUDGMENT by reviewing it; signing it; and then filing it on May 07, 2010 as public records prove and since then she and other judges have unlawfully, immorally and criminally enforced it.
*******So how did I get myself into this position?
I WAS BETRAYED by THE DESIGN or PLAN of those who claimed they loved me and by those who owed me and still owe me a fiduciary duty, professional duty and/or duty to follow the laws and not violate them as a citizen or an organization of the United States which must honor and abide by our laws.
I also want to WARN OTHERS; be careful so you are not ALSO DECEIVED, like I have been and therefore continue to be harmed because my defendants and those aiding and abetting them have refused thus far to reasonably and lawfully rectify my FRAUDULENT and INVALID DIVORCE JUDGMENT so that it complies with our laws and does not violate them.
However, as current events and also history have proven;
All it takes to bring down some of the world’s strongest
structures crumbling to the ground is AN INITIAL CRACK.
Thus, as my legal documents keep progressing through the court system since the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution gives all of us the legal right to use the court system to address our grievances and also to PROTECT DEMOCRACY;
Keep Spreading the Truth so others are not betrayed and do not fall prey to these evil predators WHO TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF VULNERABLE WOMEN AND MOTHERS like me and many of you going through a divorce and suffering from Parental Alienation which they so criminally and immorally planned and have promoted all for their own evil, criminal and immoral purposes. Financially and emotionally taking advantage of us and devastating us are ONLY some of the purposes of their Criminal Conspiracy and Racketeering Enterprise as my facts clearly prove.
*****Thus, it is very apparent WHY OUR REVOLUTION to end the practices of promoting FRAUDULENT and INVALID DIVORCE JUDGMENTS, PARENTAL ALIENATION and other crimes commonly associated with this terror must reasonably, peacefully and diligently be fought so we can make our world a better place; not continue to endure this criminal activity which is harming Humanity.
So onward and upward with OUR REVOLUTION so more people will be able to live in the World of Love and not have to constantly be concerned about being preyed upon, taken advantage of and betrayed like millions of us Women, Mothers, our Children and others have been and continue to be. This is just another form of the CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT.
