As page 2 proves; I was prohibited from going to my children’s school events at CATE SCHOOL and ILLEGALLY had to stay away from my children. However, I am an honest, loving, law-abiding person and have no history of ANY criminal or violent activity. I was prohibited from emailing, telephoning and contacting my children in any way as number 6 b proves.
Even my criminal and horrible still legal husband MARK HASSMAN ADMITTED in his email dated February 27, 2011 that I was “an integral part of the positive upbringing of our three children.”
Apparently MARK HASSMAN is furious and trying to PUNISH ME since I did not agree to be part of his fraudulent Student Loan Fraud Scheme which began our divorce process.
NOW, he, MARK HASSMAN, is still very furious because I did not give him the “successful” divorce he requested in that same email because I am peacefully and reasonably fighting: 1) to receive my legal interest in the community estate worth millions of dollars as tax returns and other documents prove
2) and because I am also peacefully fighting to receive my other legal rights I have been intentionally and maliciously been deprived of.
This is what Democracy promotes; peacefully addressing your grievances and fighting for your legal and constitutional rights so we can MAINTAIN OUR DEMOCRACY.
As the audio of this horror explains in detail, which is attached in a recent post below, I never received the proper notice of any requested restraining order or Child Custody and Visitation Orders from June 5, 2009. My crooked attorney PAMELA SHAFFER never even told me about this nor did my subsequent crooked attorney ALAN SHIFMAN, after SHAFFER quit and I hired SHIFMAN’s law firm.
Thus, I was and continue to be criminally and illegally denied my CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS to Due Process along with my Constitutional Rights to have a companionship, custody and visitation with my children which are ALSO FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS.
Further, JUDGE CLAUDIA SILBAR has repeated renewed these criminal and illegal protective orders and STILL WORSE, convicted me of being a VEXATIOUS LITIGANT for trying to end this Parental Alienation. I have been filing motions and lawsuits to reasonably and responsibly have these protective orders rescinded which never should have been granted and then renewed IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Any honest, reasonable person knows they should have never been issued and then renewed in the first place especially a Judge and Commissioner and attorneys too and also my horrible still legal husband MARK HASSMAN who is a Harvard business school graduate, Chief Financial Officer and Certified Public Accountant. This is the common strategy used to silence those who are peacefully, responsibly and reasonably fighting to end Parental Alienation.
Anyone who does not oppose Parental Alienation with OUTRAGE has some ulterior motive and is part of the problem as many doctors, therapists and other experts of Parental Alienation have proven.
However, the horrible and crooked Justices of the CA Court of Appeal proved yesterday in their decision, that they disregarded all of this criminal and incriminating evidence and held me in contempt of the renewal of this restraining order and also others which were never proven to have any legal or rational basis AS PLANNED MY THEIR DESIGN, proving how very malicious and evil they are.
On the bright side, their acts along with those aiding and abetting them, are so very unconscionable that they prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, the existence of the CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY and RACKETEERING ENTERPRISE to promote Parental Alienation, Modern Slavery, Fraudulent Divorce Judgments, Criminally Granted Restraining/ Stay-Away Orders, a Vexatious Litigant Conviction and other crimes commonly associated with the terror of Parental Alienation.
I am thrilled with the exposure of ALL THESE FACTS WHICH ARE PART OF PUBLIC RECORDS in many cases including now the CA Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three: Sara Hassman v. Mark Hassman case numbers G054665 and G055120.
This is the process necessary to expose the EVIL and obtain JUSTICE for All which includes Mothers and their Children and millions of others suffering from the terror of Parental Alienation.
