Dear Rabbi Mitchell Wohlberg,
I have yet to receive your response: 1) agreeing to send me the one sentence letter that I was born to a Jewish mother which I need from you so I can make Aliyah and 
2) if you agree to have the apostille affixed since you are in the United States and I am already in Israel. As an influential, senior Rabbi of a major congregation in America; I am sure you know the apostille must be affixed in the United States.

Rabbi Wohlberg, why are you delaying as it is the goal of the STATE OF ISRAEL and myself that I have the required paperwork so I am able to make Aliyah soon and not just wait for a one sentence letter from you stating that I was born to a Jewish mother? You know my mother and my family as they have been members of BETH TFILOH CONGREGATION for decades and you have been the Senior Rabbi there for decades as well. Also, Rabbi Mitchell Wohlberg you married me and signed my ketuba as photographs and other documents prove.

Further, as I requested in my email to you on January 30, 2019; will you agree to have the apostille affixed so then your letter with the affixed apostille can be sent DIRECTLY TO ME IN ISRAEL. 
As the Jewish Aliyah agency in Jerusalem told me; I will be REIMBURSED for my Aliyah expenses so I CAN REIMBURSE YOU for any expenses you incur in helping me make Aliyah whereby I will be carrying out the mitzvah of MY JEWISH BIRTHRIGHT of returning to live in Israel. 
In addition, with regards to any fees involved in helping me make Aliyah; if necessary do you think the following would advance any fees you incur on my behalf until I am reimbursed by THE STATE OF ISRAEL since making Aliyah is a mitzvah:

1) my father’s foundation at your synagogue named the STANLEY Z. PENN MEMORIAL FUND;

2) MY RELATIVES AND OLD FRIENDS who are board members and/or members of BETH TFILOH or

3) YOUR OWN DISCRETIONARY FUND? 
As I am sure you know, ALL JEWS should graciously PROMOTE; not impede THE ALIYAH PROCESS due to TEMPORARY FINANCIAL RESTRAINTS.

Also, I am sure Rabbi Mitchell Wohlberg you know as the Senior Rabbi of THE LARGEST MODERN ORTHODOX JEWISH CONGREGATION IN AMERICAN, as your synagogue’s website states; you are familiar with the Aliyah process of our JEWISH BIRTHRIGHT and the IMPORTANCE of being expeditious in providing your one sentence letter that I was born to a Jewish mother; and also the IMPORTANCE of helping me have the apostille affixed.

It is now very early Friday morning so would you please respond before Shabbat? If not, would you please respond on Sunday since I know the synagogue is open for Hebrew school and other activities?
***I just want to stress, Rabbi Mitchell Wohlberg that I only need a one sentence letter from you stating that I was born to a Jewish mother with an apostille affixed AND any fees incurred will be reimbursed by the STATE OF ISRAEL as the Jewish Aliyah agency Nefesh B’Nefesh in Jerusalem informed me. Making Aliyah is a mitzvah and you and all Jews should want to help me accomplish this mitzvah fervently and expeditiously.

Divorce is hard enough.
Let’s end a form of child abuse, terror, torture and oppression called Parental Alienation by reuniting millions of children with their loving , caring, law-abiding Mother or Father. A corrupt, heartless parent at the time of divorce has brainwashed these precious children which includes teens and young adults into believing their loving, law-abiding Mother or Father, should be eliminated from their life so they can PROFIT FROM DIVORCE.
As my case B267984 in the California Court of Appeal shows; crooked Jewish and other Religious Organizations, Law Firms, Judges, Executives, nonprofit Schools, the court-appointed Therapist, Bank of America and others help conceal assets from the loving, law-abiding Wife/Mother and then have a plan to profit using 501(c)(3) agreements and other fraudulent schemes. The loving, law-abiding Wife/Mother cannot receive her property, savings, retirement and other assets from her marriage of over 20 years. Further, she is legally still married because her divorce contact, which was signed by a crooked judge and crooked law firms is invalid and unlawful. The Wife/Mother was so distraught from the parental alienation at the time of the divorce and reasonably trusted her lawyer, the judge and others to follow the law but they cheated her and have abused, terrorized, tortured and oppressed her and her Children.
I am bringing awareness to the Nationwide Parental Alienation and Fraudulent Divorce Contract Crises and trying to change the laws to criminalize these acts. We need to protect our precious Children and loving Mothers (fathers too), not allowing the sacred parent/child relationship to be destroyed and our Children to be USED to help them PROFIT FROM DIVORCE. We need to end the religious and corporate policies of encouraging divorce and Parental Alienation so they can PROFIT.

To begin, since being in the Holy Land of Israel for about two weeks now; I have celebrated two Sabbaths. Sabbath is the sacred day of rest, reflection and prayer for Jews as the Torah and other Jewish teachings explain. It is very easy to celebrate the Sabbath in Israel because almost everything is closed and public transportation stops. I celebrated one Sabbath in Tel Aviv and its nearby city of Jaffa and the more recent one in international city of Tiberias by the Seas of Galilee.

On Sabbath in Tiberias, I went walking along the Sea of Galilee about a block from where I am staying, turned uphill and found a simple but beautiful synagogue which I attached for you to see. I continued up the cobblestone road and to my great surprise found the grave of the Jewish Patriarch Rachel. When I continued up this Tiberias mountain as the photo attached shows; I passed a goat farm which reminded me of when my children, most often my daughter, and I fed the goats in Laguna Beach, California. These goats were placed in Laguna Beach from Catalina Island so that they would eat the grass thereby reducing the great propensity of fires.
As I continued this amazing Sabbath walk; I met an old Jewish man and his son who live in Tiberias and were going to a synagogue in this mountain to say the prayers at the end of the Sabbath. They invited me to come so we continued walking up this Tiberias mountain on a now dirt path. Attached is the photograph of this very simple outdoor synagogue with the view of the beautiful Sea of Galilee in one direction and the beautiful Tiberias mountain in the other. It reminded me of my youngest son’s Bar Mitzvah which was held outside around the beautiful lake near his school as the photos on a prior post show. Just the three of us sang a few prayers and then I continued down the mountain to where I am staying.
But there is more which took place on my Sabbath walk. First I want to mention that Israel, except the West Bank from what I am told, is very safe and also in the small town of Tiberias it is very easy to find your way because from most places you can see the Sea of Galilee and use that as a guide. You can also see the tower of the Tomb of Rambam; the famous Jewish philosopher also known as Maimonides. I was at his famous tomb when I came down the mountain. Israel is sacred and so rich in history and I feel very renewed to be here.

Soon I will be traveling to Safed which is the home of many Jewish artists and also of Jewish mysticism called Kabbalah. I find Kabbalah’s beliefs of numerology very interesting and I find it always interesting and important to KEEP LEARNING new positive perspectives on many topics because as wise people have said; if a person stops learning then he or she will stop growing too. As Rabbi Akiva, the husband of Patriarch Rachel proved; as an old man he could still learn the ways of the Torah and teach others to do the same. This is also TIKKUN OLAM; the Jewish commandment of Healing the World. 
Since my decision to make Aliyah, being in Israel and celebrating Sabbath in this sacred country; I have had the opportunity to reflect on my life, my future and the choices I have made.

As I went through an overwhelming amount of FAMILY MEMORABILIA of photographs, notes, gifts and other memories I cherished in preparation for leaving many behind in American for making Aliyah; I began thinking about FORGIVENESS. I know the ESSENCE of my three children’s character is one with the values of the Torah because I raised them in this way and also I have and continue to set the Jewish example myself for my entire life for them to follow. 
***AS DIFFICULT AS IT IS FOR ME TO WRITE THIS NEXT SENTENCE with all I have been through regarding the very well documented Parental Alienation; I know my still legal Jewish husband MARK HASSMAN was for many years a kind, caring and compassionate person who lived his life using his very impressive education, skills and experiences to help not only our family and himself but others too. He lived a life of Tikkun Olam; healing the world. A Jew is commanded live this way according to the Torah by using his or her own special skills, education and experiences God has given each one of us. Thus, MARK HASSMAN lived as a wonderful Jewish man. THIS IS WHY I FELL MORE AND MORE IN LOVE WITH HIM ALL THE TIME and was very happily married for about twenty years. THIS IS ALSO WHY I BECAME SO EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY DISTRAUGHT from the Parental Alienation; ***I couldn’t believe my still legal husband MARK HASSMAN would do this to me AND also our children.

Now I wonder, since we have been living with the Parental Alienation for over ten years now; if there is any love in his heart as there used to be for over twenty years, so that he would be willing to “begin again” in renewing our marriage and our vowels in the Holy Land of Israel. *** I never, ever thought I could feel this way again but; Israel is a very sacred and holy place.

The MARK HASSMAN I fell in love with and married is an incredibly smart man who has made many business and financial accomplishments since he was a young child. Thus, I KNOW MARK HASSMAN UNDERSTANDS the basic, reasonable, rational and clearly explicit divorce laws which repeatedly explain that a couple is not deemed legally divorced until the value of the community estate is: established; agreed upon with informed consent by both spouses; divided 50/50; and then distributed 50/50 between the spouses. I also know that with all his Chief Financial Officer experiences including taking companies public, negotiating mergers, acquisitions and many corporate, partnership, nonprofit and other arrangements throughout the United States for decades that he also can read our divorce decree.

Thus, since MARK HASSMAN is really so smart and capable; I know he truthfully UNDERSTANDS that pursuant to the United States and California Constitutions and other laws; we are not legally divorced and are still legally married; despite the fact that lawyers, judges, justices and others in prestigious positions have claimed we are legally divorced.

As I remember MARK HASSMAN from my twenty wonderful years of marriage before the Parental Alienation began; he was NOT ONLY a brilliant man. He also had a beautiful, caring heart and reasonable, rational and objective mind as the twenty years of our married life irrefutably proves to any reasonable person.

I also couldn’t help thinking about two friends and colleagues of mine whom I worked with at the famous Los Angeles bakery Hansen’s Cakes. We had many discussions on FORGIVENESS and they repeatedly insisted that until I learn to forgive that I will not be able to really have peace of mind. 
Also, Friday evening soon after Sabbath began; I was walking back from the Tiberias hot springs on the Sea of Galilee near where I am staying. A man sitting a café loved the knitted sweater and matching scarf and hat I was wearing which I knitted before the Parental Alienation began when I was happily married. This man and I started talking, shared a bottle of wine and it turned out that he too is an artist; a jeweler. This man was also divorced and understood Parental Alienation but also warned me as my Hansen’s Cakes friends did too that a person has to LEARN TO FORGIVE if he or she really wants to live in peace. I came to Israel to make Aliyah so I can live in peace.

As I continue to reflect; I wonder if my still legal husband MARK HASSMAN would be willing to try to “begin again,” and pick up where we left off while viewing these past ten years as a time filled with important lessons both of us needed to learn so we could RETURN STRONGER TO EACH OTHER AND ALSO FOR OUR CHILDREN. It is very, very regretful that I am unable to contact him to see if there is still any love in his heart and a willingness to begin again due to the fact that he has a restraining order against me until 2032 whereby I cannot contact him. Somehow, I have hope.

I hope you had a nice and reflective Sabbath. Since my last email to you; I have contacted several apostille agencies in Baltimore, Maryland and each one told me, which makes sense, that it is less expensive to have two documents affixed with an apostille than to just have one. 
Thus, I was wondering if along with your letter which needs an apostille; you would also order my birth certificate as I was born in Baltimore, Maryland at Johns Hopkins Hospital downtown and send that document along with your letter to have an apostille affixed on both. Then the apostille agency can send BOTH of these required documents to me in Israel. This will also expedite my Aliyah process. Again, you will be REIMBURSED for any expenses you incur as I am sure you know. As the Senior Rabbi at such an influential synagogue in the United States; I am sure you are familiar with the Aliyah process.
Please respond to me soon because I do not want to delay this process and neither does the STATE OF ISRAEL. It is a mitzvah and my Jewish Birthright to return home to Israel.

Disgracefully, many of the women dressed in white at PRESIDENT TRUMP’S State of the Union address claiming to be representing the women’s suffragist movement; NOT ONE OF THESE WOMEN will step forth and even acknowledge the epidemic problem of PARENTAL ALIENATION in America today.

Also, disgracefully and shamefully JUSTICE RUTH BADER GINSBURG who: 1) as a JEW should especially understand the HOLOCAUST where children were torn from their loving parents under the DICTATORSHIP OF ADOLPH HITLER and;
2) Claims to support the rights of Women, Mothers and Children;
3) BUT also refuses to acknowledge the epidemic problem of PARENTAL ALIENATION in America today and elsewhere too.

As my lawsuits alone PROVE…JUSTICE RUTH BADER GINSBURG is irrefutably AWARE of the epidemic problem of PARENTAL ALIENATION due to but not limited to my U.S. Supreme Court Writ of Certiorari regarding the very serious and irrefutable civil and constitutional right violations I have been severely suffering from and continue to severely suffer from for about ELEVEN YEARS NOW due to the well-documented Parental Alienation. 
However, as the facts prove; Jewish U.S. Supreme Court Justice RUTH BADER GINSBURG, along with other Justices voted to DENY my writ and not hear my case which would have potentially CRIMINALIZED PARENTAL ALIENATION in AMERICA thereby helping: 1) millions in society today and 2) future generations too. ***Obviously Jewish U.S. Supreme Court Justice RUTH BADER GINSBURG only says but refuses to ACT LIKE she cares about the rights of Women, Mothers and Children. Her absence from the public lately has become suspect. Do you think that if and when RUTH BADER GINSBURG surfaces again in public, WHETHER as a U.S. CITIZEN or as a U.S. Supreme Court Justice that she will have a change of heart and mind and use her influential position in society to publicly:

1) ACKNOWLEDGE the epidemic problem of terror, torture, abuse and oppression called PARENTAL ALIENATION being suffered by millions of honest, loving, law-abiding Mothers and Fathers and their Children in the United States alone and;
2) Fervently ACT to criminalize it as many countries in the world have already done? 
3) Whereby accordingly; if RUTH BADER GINSBURG as a human being in America chooses to reasonably, objectively and compassionately ACT to Acknowledge and Criminalize Parental Alienation then; as PRESIDENT TRUMP told CONGRESS AND JUDGES in his State of the Union address:

“TOGETHER, WE CAN BREAK DECADES OF POLITICAL STALEMATE.”

As any reasonable and compassionate person knows, which is supposed to describe the U.S. Congress, Judges and Justices; Americans need to END the evil conspiracy of PARENTAL ALIENATION IN AMERICA, as other countries have done, which commonly involves many crimes including but not limited to: emotional abuse; manipulation; brainwashing; racketeering; obstruction of justice; abuse of process; conspiracy; perjury; money laundering; sexual and physical abuse; oppression and coercion. To think otherwise is NOT reasonable or compassionate but is evil.

As PRESIDENT TRUMP stated, America was founded on liberty and independence. Accordingly, Americans, including Children have FREEDOM and are not to sacrifice their love, happiness and wellbeing for the State, the Government, a Cause or any Person, like their alienating Father or Mother who threatens them to help create and maintain the PARENTAL ALIENATION. This is a dictatorship; not freedom. 
The conspiracy of Parental Alienation which my lawsuits prove is thriving in AMERICA and in JUDAISM IN AMERICA also proves that AMERICA HAS BECOME A DICTATORSHIP run by those in powerful positions who believe they are “entitled” and do not have to follow American laws. First I want to let you know that RABBI NICOLE GUZIK serves as the Director of the Sinai Temple ISRAEL CENTER and sits on the Executive Committee of the Pacific Southwest Region of the Rabbinical Assembly and the Executive Committee of the Board of Rabbis as the synagogue’s website states. As a wife and mother; I hope RABBI NICOLE GUZIK chooses to become sympathetic to the epidemic problem of Parental Alienation by practicing Tikkun Olam by using her education, skills and experiences to fervently bring public awareness to this form of terror and then fervently help end it. RABBI NICOLE GUZIK sent me an email about an upcoming event for the ISRAELI Center shortly before I left for Israel to make Aliyah.

Rabbis are commanded to address the problems in the Jewish Community so they help make GOD’S world a better place for ALL, not just for the wealthy or the influential at the EXPENSE of everyone else. Tikkun Olam applies to everyone, not just the wealthy and influential in society.

Jews have a very popular prayer and song called “LA CHAIM” which means “To Life.” Everyone’s life is precious. Case in point; do you remember when Israel made an agreement with Hamas to release ONE Israeli soldier named GILAD SHALIT in exchange for 1,027 prisoners? 
***I reasonably ask; WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE AMERICAN JEWS TODAY who continue to refuse to even acknowledge the epidemic problem of Parental Alienation? They obviously cannot end it until they acknowledge it. ***WHY DON’T THE AMERICAN JEWS CARE ABOUT LIFE LIKE THE ISRAELI JEWS DO? subject: Helping me with my mitzvah and Jewish Birthright of making Aliyah

SHALOM RABBI GUZIK,
I am in Israel and making Aliyah from within Israel. I am very excited to be carrying out the mitzvah of my JEWISH BIRTHRIGHT by returning to live in Israel. Since being here I have received so much kindness, love, compassionate, help and congratulations from Jewish Israelis who also seem to value honesty, truthfulness, kindness, love, family, and life; not their destruction. In addition, these Jewish Israelis’ lives prove they practice Tikkun Olam, healing the world, not destroying it with acts of terror and violence like Parental Alienation. 
In addition RABBI GUZIK, every single Jewish Israeli I have spoken to about why I chose to make Aliyah is HORRIFIED, AS THEY SHOULD BE, by what I have been through.
For almost eleven years now; I have been coping with the terror of PARENTAL ALIENATION while at the same time trying to End this epidemic problem of terror for millions of parents and their children in America and also for future generations which is fulfilling my Jewish commandment of Tikkun Olam. 
Specifically I have been peacefully using my education, skills and experiences by filing lawsuits to obtain due process, my civil rights, my constitutional rights, equal rights and justice and set legal precedent to criminalize Parental Alienation in America. The Freedom to redress my grievances are values America was founded upon and JUDAISM PROMOTES as I am sure you know RABBI GUZIK with all of your Rabbinic education and positions you hold on Jewish committees.

RABBI GUZIK, some Israelis are even well educated about how at the time of divorce 501(c)(3) religious charitable nonprofits and also other nonprofits and other financial vehicles are hiding: stolen marital homes and other property even disgracefully stolen retirement money; stolen businesses; stolen earnings; stolen investment income; stolen trust income; and other assets which LEGALLY should have been distributed to the alienated divorcing spouse…As any reasonably person knows; a divorcing spouse has property and other legal rights to: 1) receive fifty percent of the community estate and; 2) not be treated like a slave just thrown out in the street with nothing while the other spouse, who controlled the marital finances took it all. 
PRESIDENT TRUMP also stated that he is getting rid of MODERN SLAVERY which includes PARENTAL ALIENATION which involves HUMAN TRAFFICKING. First, the alienated spouse is entitled to the “fruits of her labor” from her marriage and is not a slave. Second, many children suffering from Parental Alienation are forced into human trafficking OR to COMMIT CRIMES LIKE a STUDENT LOAN FRAUD SCHEME by the evil, crooked parent and conspiracy. Since the loving, law-abiding parent has been alienated, the children are not protect and forced into BECOMING CRIMINALS so the evil parent and conspiracy can PROFIT OFF OF THEM.
Many Jewish Israelis are aware of what PRESIDENT TRUMP calls “the rigged legal system” and do not understand HOW, not why JEWISH ORGANIZATIONS and their LEADERS and MEMBERS; JEWISH LAWYERS and JUDGES can be so evil and greedy to become part of this Parental Alienation Conspiracy which is destroying families, love and happiness and is NOT JUDAISM but is TERRORISM. 
Like me; these Jewish Israelis I have spoken to and others I continue to speak to daily as I am constantly asked why I chose to make Aliyah, are outraged that the American Jews are so cruel, evil and corrupt. One of them told me about a similar terrorist and abusive conspiracy in the very Orthodox community which was made into a documentary called “One of Us.” This is also similar to the book “Troublemaker: Surviving Hollywood and Scientology” by Leah Remini. As PRESIDENT TRUMP said, this MODERN SLAVERY MUST END so America can once again become a loving, honest Democratic Republic which honors the foundations of Democracy and JUDAISM.
RABBI GUZIK, due to the Parental Alienation and as my divorce decree proves; I never received any assets or income from my community estate of over twenty years under the control of my still legal husband MARK HASSMAN. Consequently, I do not have the money to: 1) order a certified copy of my divorce decree AND 2)have an apostille affixed which the Aliyah Agency in Jerusalem Nefesh B’Nefesh said I must have for the Ministry of Interior of the State of Israel to make Aliyah.
RABBI NICOLE GUZIK*******Is it fair, reasonable and intended that I; a loving, law-abiding Jewish Woman and Mother born from a Jewish mother; should be denied MY JEWISH BIRTHRIGHT of making Aliyah due to being illegally denied my property and assets at the time of my divorce as my divorce judgment proves on its face? 
When I first separated from MARK HASSMAN and moved to Los Angeles; I made small contributions to your synagogue SINAI TEMPLE, specifically to the discretionary fund of RABBI DAVID WOLPE whom I consulted for therapy regarding the Jewish perspective of Parental Alienation.

Below is MARK HASSMAN email sent to me today 2/11/2019. As my still legal husband pursuant to many United States and California laws; MARK HASSMAN PRETENDS TO BE HELPFUL and CHARMING, while unreasonably and combatively threatened me in bold letters: 1) not to respond to him by email but to only respond to him through facebook and 2) then outrageously tries to control me AGAIN by threatening me not to write what he would perceive in his evil mind are derogatory comments regarding his efforts which he ridiculously claims will help me gain my LEGAL RIGHT AS A JEW to citizenship in Israel.
Thus, AS THE FACTS CONTINUE TO PROVE, as I clearly explain below; MARK HASSMAN’S email proves to be yet ANOTHER evil and criminal attempt and scheme to DELAY Justice, Equal Rights, Love, Family and Freedom while trying to THREATEN ME NOT TO EXPOSE THIS TRUTH because then he will ridiculously and unreasonably considered the TRUTH to be “derogatory comments.” This is evil epistemology and how evil predators think and try to threaten.

MARK HASSMAN tries to appear so “charming” like he is truly trying to help me but; HIS EMAIL IS ANOTHER EVIL SCHEME to: 1) keep Parental Alienation alive and; 2) keep me denied of my Civil, Constitutional, Property and other legal rights, possibly even exercising my JEWISH BIRTHRIGHT to return to my homeland of Israel to live with peace and love in GOD’S sacred land; 3) betray GOD and Judaism.
Still worse, MARK HASSMAN’S email reveals more horror for reasonable people including but not limited to millions of us supporting OUR REVOLUTION to End the epidemic problem of Parental Alienation.

Regretfully and very shamefully, MARK HASSMAN’S email does not contain ANY APOLOGY for creating and continuing to promote the well-documented Parental Alienation that has been going on for about eleven (11) years now and does not MAKE ANY ATTEMPT to help me REUNITE with our children by even having a CIVIL CONVERSATION in “whats up” through emails or some other means by using his Harvard education and DECADES OF NEGOTIATION EXPERIENCES as a Chief Financial Officer and Certified Public Accountant who negotiated mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, real estate, student loan and many other arrangements throughout and even outside the United States.

A silver lining to MARK HASSMAN’S disgraceful and shameful email is that many of you reading these posts including those who are also suffering from the epidemic problem of Parental Alienation and the many crimes which commonly accompany this terror CAN WITNESS the evil and criminal brainwashing and machinations IN ACTION which is employed by evil predators, NOT Jews, Christians or those who follow other reasonable religions.
Remember Jews, Christians and followers of other reasonable religions would NEVER IGNORE the evil and criminal acts of Parental Alienation but; instead would fervently and expeditiously use their education, skills, experiences and positions of influence to END and CRIMINALIZE this form of emotional abuse, terror, torture and oppression as many countries have ALREADY DONE.
Parental Alienation commonly involves many crimes including but not limited to: emotional abuse; sexual and physical abuse; manipulation; brainwashing; racketeering; obstruction of justice; abuse of process; malicious prosecution, conspiracy; perjury; money laundering; oppression and coercion.

A CENTRAL THEME or A MALICIOUS STRATEGY which is very obvious throughout MARK HASSMAN’S email, which is typical of evil predators, is that they IGNORE THE FACTS THEY WANT TO IGNORE. In other words, they do not objectively look at the TOTALITY OF THE EVIDENCE and only see what they WANT to see. Expect this as my myriad of lawsuits in public records prove.
Specifically, the evil, crooked predator MARK HASSMAN continues to ignore the fact, AS OUR DIVORCE DECREE PROVES ON ITS FACE, that I did not receive any property, money, retirement accounts, savings, investment, trust and other assets from our community estate which tax returns and other documents PROVE are worth many millions of dollars. Our coin collection alone was worth millions.
Thus, very educated and financial savvy MARK HASSMAN IGNORES THE FACT that I do not have money to pay for the REQUIRED ALIYAH DOCUMENTS and the APOSTILLE NEED to be AFFIXED ON THEM. Thus, MARK HASSMAN knows or should know that I cannot afford to “hire” an apostille agency as he ridiculously stated in his email.

MARK HASSMAN controls our community estate which comprises all our finances and assets. It is still in existence since we are not legally divorced because our community estate has never been legally accounted for, legally divided and legally distributed because he stole it all…. Our divorce decree and other legal documents PROVE MARK HASSMAN stole the entire community estate under his control, even about 1.5 million dollars received while the divorce proceedings were going on.
***Accordingly, why didn’t MARK HASSMAN AGREE in his email to use his negotiation skills to GATHER all of the needed Aliyah documents, HAVE THE APOSTILLE AFFIXED and then ARRANGE TO HAVE THEM ALL SENT to me in Israel using some of the money he stole from me.
Plus, MARK HASSMAN swore under oath many times in JUDGE CLAUDIA SILBAR’S court that he is BANKRUPT and could no longer afford to pay me any alimony also called spousal support. Accordingly, for many years I haven’t received any alimony which I am legally entitled to because we have been married for over 20 years. ***According to the laws of the United States and California; we have been legally married now for 30 years while MARK HASSMAN continues to control the community estate which he stole and while ridiculously, unreasonably and baselessly claiming we are legally divorced too.

Since I never received my legally calculated spousal support due to MARK HASSMAN swearing in court that he is BANKRUPT; I REASONABLY and OBJECTIVELY QUESTION AS PUBLIC RECORDS PROVE HAPPENED: how did MARK HASSMAN GET APPROVED FOR:

1) the purchase of 2, not 1 but 2 Lexus vehicles. He claims he needed one for his mistress too, (aka the high-priced call-girl from the Dr. Phil show named Mikel Sanders-Persky) Also, how has MARK HASSMAN, being bankrupt as he swore under oath many times in JUDGE CLAUDIA SILBAR’S court, been paying for his monthly Lexus payments, the gasoline, insurance and other maintenance fees for these TWO LUXURY vehicles.

2) the purchase of a condominium. How as a bankrupt person who can’t even afford to carry out HIS LEGAL ORDER OF PAYING SPOUSAL SUPPORT, be approved for a condominium? Also, many income and expense declarations and other documents in public records prove this high-priced call-girl mistress has BEEN UNEMPLOYED and apparently BOTH she and MARK HASSMAN are living off of MY STOLEN and CRIMINALLY REDISTRIBUTED assets and income from my community estate which I should have received, not them.
• Have my three children been FORCED and THREATENED to pay for these assets?

• Have JEWISH NONPROFITS been HIDING MY ASSETS AND HELPING MARK HASSMAN pay for his Lexus vehicles, Condominium and other expenses while receiving some of MY assets for themselves as payment?

• Why have my children, whom I raised with a lot of love and care as documents and other evidence prove, been refusing to even contact me for almost eleven years now?

• Why don’t my children REASONABLY WANT TO HAVE a civil conversation to resolve this SUDDEN Parental Alienation which devastated me terribly and still does, as reasonably expected?
What has the Parental Alienation done to them? I don’t know; I can only reasonably surmise based upon the proven conclusions of therapists, authors, doctors, other professionals, and other Parental Alienation experts. But not one AMERICAN JEWISH LEADER and not one of their FOLLOWERS even CARE. This is not Judaism.

• Why have ALL UNITED STATES RABBIS AND OTHER RELIGIOUS LEADERS AND THEIR FOLLOWERS been refusing to help my children and I reunite and even have a civil conversation?

• Why have JEWISH JUDGES ISSUED and/or been ENFORCING BASELESS RESTRAINING ORDERS against me which prohibit me from attending my children’s graduations and other event until 2032? Why haven’t they reasonably tried to help me have them struck from the record and help me REUNITE with my children, including but not limited to JEWISH JUDGE LON HURWITZ?

In addition, with all of MARK HASSMAN’S education, skills and experiences along with the legal advice of his law firm SEASTROM & SEASTROM (now also Tuttle); MARK HASSMAN knows or should know along with his law firm, judges, justices, other lawyers and others too that we are NOT LEGALLY DIVORCED since a couple cannot become legally divorced pursuant to the U.S. and California Constitutions, property, family and other laws including but not limited to specifically California Family Code sections 2102-2120 UNTIL the Net Worth of the Community Estate is established, agreed upon with informed consent by the lawyers of both spouses and the spouses themselves, along with the agreed upon division and agreed upon distribution. ***None of these required factors are in our divorce decree or any other document in public records.

So, I ask the following on Facebook since MARK HASSMAN threatened me not email him and only use Facebook… MARK HASSMAN stated in his email that “I checked my file of family birth certificates & was surprised to find a certified version of yours;” did MARK HASSMAN also find a document(s) with: 1) the net worth of our community estate, 2) a memo about the legally required meetings we supposedly had with our respective lawyers where we agreed to this net worth, 3) how it was divided between us and; 3) the date and place the distribution of this agreed upon division took place and all these supposed required meetings took place too?

I also ask MARK HASSMAN on Facebook as he requested; why not use your negotiation skills and experience and 1) work with the Rabbis and others and GATHER the required Aliyah documents; 2) have the required APOSTILLE AFFIXED and then; 3) SEND THE COMPLETED PACKAGE to me in Israel?

Since MARK HASSMAN routinely signs his letters/emails when he is requesting something by stating “Thank you in advance,” I will do the same to him.
I hope MARK HASSMAN honors my reasonable:
1) document and 2) apostille request so I can exercise my LEGAL JEWISH BIRTHRIGHT and make Aliyah and also;
3) my request to help OUR CHILDREN have civil communications with me, (by email, whats up or any other effective method) so they can explain to me WHY THEY CHOSE ELEVEN YEAR AGO and CONTINUE TO CHOOSE to alienation me from their life and treat me like I am dead.

By the way, you were not born at Johns Hopkins Hospital – it was at Sinai Hospital. Your parents are individually listed, but there’s no direct indication of religion for anyone. The hospital & the names are obviously Jewish.
Also, you can order the May 8, 2010 divorce documents online from Orange County Superior Court. Certifications are available by checking the box. There’s an 18 page doc & several 1-2 page docs. You’ll want to find out which ones are actually needed to keep costs down.

I tried to set up a bank account in Israel to collect funds to help me pay for this Aliyah process but; the State of Israel only allows its citizens to do that. The bank told me to come back once I make Aliyah.

The Wife/Mother was so distraught from the parental alienation at the time of the divorce and reasonably trusted her lawyer, the judge and others to follow the law but they cheated her and have abused, terrorized, tortured and oppressed her and her Children.

I am now in northern Israeli not far from the border of Lebanon in Acre (Akko), Israel which is on the Mediterranean Sea and also on Akko Bay. Along the port is a very insightful monument of an anchor with a plaque which says that the anchor symbolizes the generations of strength, courage and cooperation between the Jewish and Arab seafarers. 
In stark contrast it is disgraceful that overwhelming facts prove the JEWS today can’t even have the strength, courage and cooperation among themselves to do what is moral, just and Jewish by joining OUR REVOLUTION to help end Parental Alienation for millions of us and also for future generations. Instead, they keep CHOOSING with their freewill to continue to profit from this terror while disgracefully calling themselves JEWS.

Many of the historic sites, gardens, markets, beaches, sunsets, museums, tunnels and of course the people in Akko are amazing as well as the Middle Eastern food and spices. At the Lebanese border it kind of shocked me to see a sign to Beirut as well as the very high security towers on top of the beautiful white sandstone cliffs and caverns. I have been volunteering to help support myself while trying to make Aliyah, obtain a work visa and peacefully fighting to end Parental Alienation for millions of us and also future generations. 
Regretfully, I was recently informed that Parental Alienation is also an epidemic problem of evil and terror in Israel. ISRAELI PRODUCER TZUFIT GRANT bravely, reasonably and responsibly produced the widely talked about and very enlightening television show about Parental Alienation going on in Israel called “THE CONSPIRACY OF SILENCE” (this is the English translation). The show interviewed alienated Mothers, Fathers, Children and Experts proving how Parental Alienation is destroying Lives, Love, Family, Equal Rights and all the values Democracy and Judaism adamantly promote and should be enforced in both America and Israel.

I am currently living in Akko, Israel on the Mediterranean Sea which is comprised of both Jewish Israelis and Arab Israelis. Anyone who wants to believe the lies and myths about these groups without having experienced living among them is just being ignorant. I have made friends among both the Jewish Israelis and Arab Israelis and have had very enriching religious discussions over Middle Eastern meals and desserts they have prepared for me in their homes and also brought to me.

So discard any myths or prejudices you have because the Arab friends I have made are very kind, clean people just like those WHO LIVE AS Jews, Messianic Jews, Christians and followers of other reasonable religions WHO WANT TO LIVE IN PEACE AND HELP OTHERS. We have the same basic beliefs of using our special skills, education and experiences to help ourselves and others thrive in positive ways so we can all live in peace. We just differ as to what prophet or messenger we believe delivered this message.

I am not talking about those of any religion who act as terrorists promoting Parental Alienation and other acts of terror, torture, abuse, oppression, coercion and racketeering. To make matters more incriminating, for decades they have refused to acknowledge Parental Alienation and even help reunite loving, honest, law-abiding Mothers and Fathers with their Children. They also have repeatedly refused to use their resources and political and business influence to reasonably and responsibly help end the terror of Parental Alienation for millions of us.

I have just primarily discussed the FINANCIAL ASPECT of Parental Alienation and not the very evil ALIENATION between the children and their loving Mother or Father at the time of divorce and the very severe harms this evil has caused. Many of these children are sold into the Sex Trade and forced to commit other crimes by the EVIL JEWISH AND AMERICAN SECRET CONSPIRACY/GOVERNMENT while many of the Mothers and Fathers live in poverty trying to cope with serious problems of depression and distress as experts have proven.
Thus, I view OUR REVOLUTION to End Parental Alienation as one not only for ourselves but for future generations. I view “My Children” as the millions of children who have been scattered all over the United States and are suffering from the evil and terror of Parental Alienation and also the children of future generations.

First I want to state, which is very common in Parental Alienation situations as many of you reading this know all too well; these evil predators have enabled restraining orders to be issued against me without any legal or rational basis as I have explained in prior posts. Thus, they should be glad I am now thousands of miles away from them in Israel, but they aren’t because I am living with FREEDOM despite their well-documented efforts to make me their slave financially and emotionally. They try to control everyone and destroy those they cannot control as experts have proven.

With that being said, I want to tell you some of the happy, fun and enriching times I have been having in Israel. Recently, I was invited to have Shabbat dinner on a rooftop terrace with Jewish, Arabic and Christian people. The food and the conversation along with the view were all amazing. We talked for hours about philosophy, religion, Israel and many other important topics.

Many Israelis really know how to relax and enjoy nature and their beautiful surroundings. Even my very busy Jewish Israeli businessman friend knows how to extract himself from his work and enjoy the evening and of course Shabbat. He surprised me and brought me a delicious falafel for lunch before Shabbat began. 
This Israeli falafel along with several I have eaten here in Israel are very fluffy and soft inside and have a thin fried outside crust. I still love Falafel King in West Los Angeles but; I prefer the fluffy ones I have eaten in Israel. 
I am not much of a coffee drinker but I have tried Turkish and Arabic coffee. My friend makes delicious Arabic coffee which he adds various spices to. Then he boils it. I have been learning many new recipes which has been fun too.

***The kindness and hospitality of so many Israelis I have met is very special; especially compared with all the evil ways I was and continue to be treated by my own family and my own American Jewish brethren.

Well, back to the Shabbat dinner of traditional Israeli food on the rooftop terrace; we also had a variety of Israeli desserts. I love the Israeli rugalach which is much softer than the American version I am used to. I also love the Turkish taffy-like dessert which comes in a square tube shape and you cut the amount you want.The one I love is covered with dried pink and purple rose petals and the inside has nuts throughout the sweet gel. It not only tastes wonderful, it looks beautiful. I am getting used to the Israeli diet and Middle Eastern spices and have lost some weight; I guess because I walk a lot along the Mediterranean Sea and I am very busy all day long.

I love my walks along the Mediterranean Sea as I watch the sunset and feel the salt water breeze on my face. One route I take even has a park with workout equipment which my Turkish Israeli friend showed me. So instead of working out inside watching television or listening to music at LA Fitness; I now workout listening to and watching the waves of the Mediterranean Sea, the sunset, the moon, the stars and the lights of the city of Haifa and all for free. The equipment is not as new or updated as that in Los Angeles but, it serves its purpose quite well as I am maintaining my muscle tone.

Sometimes in the evenings after my walks, my Jewish Israeli friend helps me with my Hebrew. She has helped me with my pronunciation of basic Hebrew phrases and also overcoming some of the Aliyah document issues. Other times, I walk with a friend who also helps me with my pronunciation. He doesn’t speak such good English so when I don’t understand what he is saying, we stop someone walking by to translate. People here are generally so nice and willing to help.

A Turkish friend introduced me to the Lebanese and Turkish music of Fadel Chaker, particularly his soft and beautiful love songs. I have attached one here for you to listen to. I met him as I was walking by and he was listening to this music and watching the sunset. He invited me to join him.

The people I have met and connected with are very kind, compassionate, wise and aware of reality. They live in the present and do not have obsessions to hide any shameful behaviors. All of us are proud of how we live and the values we represent as our actions prove; not only our words. I really fit in here in Israel unlike in the United States with all the greed and uncaring attitudes as my lawsuits have proven.

I feel great living in Israel with Freedom, Love, Happiness and all kinds of beauty. Maybe you should try it too. Israel is more than a place. As my Israeli Arabic friend says, it is a place with beautiful energy if you are open to receiving it.

First, I am so grateful to have been attracted to kind, caring and wise Israelis who have taught me many important lessons and have been very helpful too. I really admire their STRENGTH, COURAGE, POSITIVE 
PERSPECTIVES and BLUNTNESS where they say what they feel and what is important for you to understand. They have helped me become even stronger living in a new country and adjusting to daily life. One of my friends came by this morning to make me promise that I will BE STRONG and understand that SLOWLY, not like the quick Los Angeles pace I am used to; everything will continue to work out beautifully for me.

Everyone is very impressed with OUR REVOLUTION. They along with many of you kind and brave people who give me great encouragement, I am very appreciative. My Israeli friends are also very impressed with all of the progress I have made in Israel in such a short period of time and constantly help me keep moving forward. 
For example, I was upset the other day when I saw some very wealthy people who were so ungrateful for all they had. Then I saw a man walking the streets peddling his shoes to earn a living and have just basic necessities. He reminded me of the classic book I used to read my children called “Caps for Sale.” 

In Israel, many do not have the modern conveniences that are typical in many American homes. Israeli cities are built upon centuries of ruins and often the plumbing is inferior to what is common in America. However, the markets and homes built into walls of these ruins are just beautiful as are many of the families I have met who live in these homes and shop in these markets. They are truly beautiful ( יפה- in Hebrew) from the inside too. Many do not have large homes and therefore have small appliances like refrigerators and stoves. Thus, they do not have the space to store many necessities like food and other things. They really appreciate so much more than most Americans, from my perspective and again I am talking about my Israeli friends.

Anyway, one of my very wise Israeli ARAB friends told me that I should not feel badly at all. The man peddling his shoes in the streets is so much happier that those wealthy people who have no understanding and appreciation of the small things in life which money cannot buy like love, peace of mind, empathy and being able to relax and enjoy life by the Sea, having coffee, a meal or just taking a walk. He said these wealthy people are EMPTY INSIDE and need their material things to feel important and also have many addictions to hide their emptiness. Even so, in a short time, these materially wealthy people will need new material things to feel happy, which is no way to live and enjoy life.

I knew my Israeli ARAB friend was right because this is why I filed and won my lawsuit against my parents, sister and their attorney in 1985 when I was 27 years old. I gave up that way of life and did it again in 2008 when my evil but still legal husband MARK HASSMAN became that way. This is also why I gratefully LEFT BEHIND many of my personal possessions and do not care if these evil predators want to keep all of the millions of dollars of assets they stole from me at the time the divorce process began in 2008 and since then too. 
I am quite confident that I can financially support myself as I have in the past and also how much money does a person really need? Material things cannot buy happiness as experts and history have repeatedly proven. Only love, kindness and compassion can make someone happy. Profiting from Parental Alienation will continue to make these evil predators living off of stolen and redistributed money and assets more and more miserable and full of shame and hate for what they have become.

With that being said, I love my new outside “gym” along the Mediterranean Sea. I have met some people who taught me how to use some of the equipment. It is so much fun to add rocks for weights. I am really enjoying life and learning new important customs and perspectives daily. I have also found that many Israelis have a great sense of humor but I will save those jokes for another post.
I just want to say that I love living with love and peace in Israel UNDEFEATED by these evil predators who NO LONGER RESEMBLE HUMAN BEINGS. They have placed a higher priority on political power, money and control than on truth, morality, GOD and even TIKKUN OLAM which is healing the world. This is evil as proven by the lives of millions of us suffering from Parental Alienation. 

Even if these evil predators who create and/or promote Parental Alienation try to end my happiness with their lies and schemes; I am very grateful for my life and all my enriching perspectives as I hope many of you reading this feel the same about your own life. I am also very confident due to all my lawsuits and other documents in public records which objectively and reasonably prove this “conspiracy of silence” of Parental Alienation; that eventually Parental Alienation will be ended by me or maybe one of you too.
EXPECT these evil predators to continue with their lies and schemes because they have horrifically, like ADOLPH HITLER, turned Parental Alienation into a means of PERSONAL GAIN.

Any one of these leaders can and SHOULD WANT TO act as a mediator and arrange a telephone call or meeting between the children/grandchildren and the alienated parent/grandparent to try to reasonably resolve the Parental Alienation.

***Remember, many Religious and other Leaders in society have very keen and sophisticated NEGOTIATION SKILLS and PUBLIC RELATIONS SKILLS and SHOULD WANT to help end this terror of Parental Alienation.

        I have a compassionate and courageous ISRAELI JEWISH FRIEND who is horrified by Parental Alienation and very wise beyond her years. After looking at some of the photographs of my life in American which clearly illustrate my loving, enriching Mother/Daughter and Mother/Son companionship and their many accomplishments which were OBVIOUSLY INFLUENCED by HOW I RAISED THEM WITH MY VALUES as their full time stay-at-home Mother; my ISRAELI JEWISH FRIEND demanded that I give her my children’s names immediately so she could try to find them on Facebook. She emphatically wanted to ask them “WHY the alienation began and WHY it still continues.”

            My entire life proves that I live by the values of honesty, compassionate, love, family, collaboration, equal rights and justice for all which I taught my children and wise, aware people see this.  My ISRAELI JEWISH FRIEND was upset we could not find my children on Facebook. She along with therapists, other professionals and other reasonable, objective people have CONCLUDED THAT MY THREE CHILDREN HAVE BEEN BRAINWASHED AGAINST ME because it is UNNATURAL for children to alienate their loving Mother for twelve years now and not even try to contact her to see how she is and tell them how they are.  

      IN SHARP CONTRAST, when the Parental Alienation began TWELVE YEARS AGO in 2007 and SINCE THEN; I could not get:

1)My American Jewish RELATIVES who attended my children’s Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvah, celebrated the Jewish holidays with us, are considered “family,” and claim to be religious Jews too;

2) My American Jewish BRETHREN including RABBIS AND OTHER JEWISH LEADERS who also claim to be religious Jews and are considered “family;”

            TO EVEN AGREE TO CALL my children as my Jewish therapist recommended so that they could question the beginning of this sudden, unreasonable and irrational Parental Alienation and help end it immediately;

 3) I also have not been able to get FOR THE PAST TWELVE YEARS; these American Jewish RELATIVES (some in influential positions too) along with American RABBIS and other AMERICAN JEWISH LEADERS to give lectures/sermons, publish articles, have discussion groups, classes and other educational events about the epidemic problem of Parental Alienation.

STILL IN GREAT CONTRAST, I told my ISRAELI JEWISH FRIEND that I wanted to include her beautiful actions and character in a website and Facebook post but I would not use her name. She said that she did not mind if I used her name because she is PROUD to be associated with me and to be part of OUR REVOLUTION to end Parental Alienation.

***This example (and there are many), clearly illustrates WHY I BELONG IN ISRAEL.

I love living in AKKO, ISRAEL in northern Israel along the Mediterranean Sea. I live in the naturally beautiful Old City of Akko which is also spiritually beautiful because the residents DO NOT JUST TALK about being able to live in peace. Instead, here in Akko, Israel for many generations the JEWS, ARABS, CHRISTIANS, MOSLEMS and others HAVE BEEN LIVING TOGETHER IN PEACE. Daily, they GRACIOUSLY HELP EACH OTHER in positive ways. They have been EXTREMELY WELCOMING AND HELPFUL TO ME, much more than my own JEWISH AMERICAN relatives and brethren.   

These Israelis who live and work in Akko, Israel really treat me like family. They treat me like the family I never had as a child because that “family” illegally used my social security number to evade taxes and I had to sue them TO AVOID BEING IMPLICATED IN THEIR TAX FRAUD SCHEME; and like the family I lost due to the PARENTAL ALIENATION. My three now ADULT children still refuse to contact me, DESPITE MY MANY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEM, thereby keeping the Parental Alienation alive.

***AKKO, ISRAEL is truly a remarkable place because it has for generations represented a THRIVING EXAMPLE of peace, love, happiness, courage, strength and collaboration of many cultural and religious groups for the rest of the world to acknowledge and copy.

I believe the secret of the Akko residents’, seafarers’, traders’ and business people’s happy, peaceful and enriching way of life is that they understand the IMPORTANCE of living a simple life where FAMILY, HONESTY, LOVE, RESPECT AND COMPASSIONATE are much more important than material things. In other words, they do not yearn for fancy cars, large homes and other expensive material possessions. They yearn for HAVE TIME for walks along the Mediterranean Sea under the sunset or moonlight while listening to and seeing the beautiful waves, birds and their fellow residents; family dinners; sharing their meals with those they love and enjoy being with and having enriching conversations. In other words, they live a simple life of FREEDOM, LOVE, KINDNESS, COMPASSION and TIKKUN OLAM (healing the world in Hebrew).  I truly belong here and I am so grateful to be here among this amazing people with diverse cultures and religions.

Now back to HOW YOU CAN HELP end this terror of Parental Alienation:

Once more and more of this irrefutable evidence is amassed with SPECIFIC EXAMPLES of HOW AMERICAN LEADERS are handling the epidemic problem of terror, torture, abuse, oppression, coercion, racketeering, obstruction of justice, perjury and malicious prosecution which all comprise the many CRIMES OF PARENTAL ALIENATION; there will be MANY OPTIONS AVAILABLE for those of us who reasonably and responsibly want to end this terror now and for future generations too. ****It will become very clear if AMERICAN, JEWISH, CHRISTIAN and OTHER LEADERS support the AMERICAN CONSTITUTION which promotes freedom, family, love, equal rights and justice for ALL or if they stifle our efforts to enforce these values.****

– You must LISTEN AND OBEY your OLDER AND WISER LEADERS SO THEY CAN TURN YOU INTO A WINNER.

-Then you can RECRUIT others to become part of our winning team. You will be able to teach the new recruits and have them OBEY YOU. But, right now, you must LEARN HOW TO BE A WINNER AND HOW TO RECRUIT other people whom WE WANT and THEY ALSO WANT to become part of our winning cult/conspiracy/criminal organization/family/team/collective group. These include those who are insecure, lost people looking for companionship and a feeling of belonging, without caring about the actions and purpose of the group they belong to.

Independent, brave, confident and reasonable people are not those we want to recruit because they will not UNDERSTAND our ways. They think they are superior to us. (This is a moral inversion because it is the evil predators who think they are superior to everyone, even other evil predators in their cult/conspiracy, which is one reason they ultimately destroy themselves).

– First I want to teach you OUR SPECIAL HANDSHAKE/SALUTE. Whenever you see a fellow member of our team, you must salute them.

-Our motto is:  SACRIFICE AND DISCIPLINE. You are also ORDERED TO SAY THIS MOTTO whenever you:  salute a fellow member you pass; at meals; meetings; classes; and all events.

-Second, you are ordered to ONLY ASSOCIATE WITH MEMBERS OF OUR TEAM everywhere you go. Thus, you will never be alone. (This is especially appealing to socially insecure victims who crave love, appreciation, recognition and a sense of belonging).

-Remember, others are INFERIOR to us and WILL NOT UNDERSTAND what we do. They are a waste of your time so you are ordered not to associate with them and you MUST OBEY us, your wise and experienced leaders. Then one day, you will become a winner because you will be a wise and experienced leader too who will teach NEW MEMBERS how to SACRIFICE AND DISCIPLINE themselves for OUR WINNING CAUSE.

However, first you must PROVE TO US, your wise and experienced leaders, that you are capable of being a leader by SACRIFICING AND DISCIPLINING YOURSELF. Remember, one day YOU WILL BECOME A LEADER IF YOU FOLLOW OUR ORDERS NOW OF SACRIFICE AND DISCIPLINE.

-Third, what we discuss is SECRET for only OUR TEAM TO HEAR. You are ordered not to have discussions with those who are not members and NEVER CRITICIZE OUR TEAM AND WHAT WE DO.  YOU MUST REMAIN SILENT IF YOU DO NOT LIKE SOME THINGS because as a NEW RECRUIT you do not have a CLEAR UNDERSTANDING of how your wise leaders  are turning you into a WINNER for our important cause. Be grateful and follow their orders.

-**** If you disobey any of these orders you will be ALIENATED from our team, lose all your friends and family, be all alone in the world and we will make life very difficult for you TO TEACH YOU A LESSON AND PUNISH YOU.

– You are ordered to HIDE THE TRUTH and use the secret techniques we teach you to HARM THOSE WHO ARE EXPOSING THE TRUTH about our cult/conspiracy/criminal organization/family/team/collective group.

None of these accomplishments could have happened without the HAND OF GOD or as they say in Hebrew, without God’s hamsa. Hamsa jewelry, sculpture and many other items are very popular here in Israel. I have attached some examples for you to see, if I am not hacked again.

It is truly a miracle of God that I have not only survived OVER TEN YEARS all the terror of Parental Alienation but that I am now thriving in Israel with love and family and learning to trust again. Arabs, Jews and other Israelis have taken me in as part of their family; making sure I have the necessities I need and also that I am happy. They are wonderful to me. I am looking forward to celebrating Passover in Israel among Israeli Jews who have taken me in as part of their family. Passover in Akko, Israel is celebrated for several weeks and I look forward to this.

I have been very busy in my new life in Israel. For example, Arab weddings can go on for weeks. I was invited to the contract signing ceremony of the sister of my dear Arab friend who I consider family. It was fabulous and a real honor to be invited to be part of this sacred celebration. It has and continues to be a lot fun and very enriching to see Arab and also Muslim customs and eat their delicious food while we have interesting discussions. We get along so well because we live in the WORLD OF LOVE trying to help each other thrive in many positive ways WHICH ALL OUR RELIGIONS PROMOTE.

I am also thrilled because not only am I learning to speak Hebrew, I am also learning basic Arabic conversation. In Akko, most greet each other in the morning, saying in Hebrew “good morning” and “how are you.” This includes those you don’t know but pass on the street or in the market. Hebrew is commonly used since ISRAEL IS A JEWISH STATE but; I also use some Arabic words when speaking to my Arab friends. I am really having a lot of fun and learning so much too.

The other day I was talking to one of my Israeli Jewish friends who considers me family. I said that I was so grateful for so many here in Akko, Israel who treat me like family and are so kind to me. He said they are so kind to me because I am such a kind, compassionate and courageous person who is respected for all I have done and continue to do to help God make our world a better place. (called Tikkun Olam in Hebrew-תיקון עולם)
I responded saying that this attitude is in stark contrast to what I experienced for decades in America because American Jews and other Americans took advantage of me for doing these things and helping humanity. My Israeli Jewish friend said that he doesn’t understand HOW ANYONE COULD BE SO EVIL to do that; but here in Israel, many will be very appreciative and respectful for all I have done and continue to do and would never try to take advantage of me. 
Thus, it goes without saying; ISRAEL is where I belong and I am very grateful to be HOME with the help of GOD’S HAMSA.

I have a busy and exciting new life in Israel and also since the Parental Alienation irrefutable facts are very clear to any reasonable person; I will not be posting as often as I did when I lived in America. Just know that I am thriving in many important ways and love my new life in Israel. 
I hope this post gives many of you reading this who have also suffered from Parental Alienation, to have the courage TO LET GO OF THOSE WHO HAVE LITERALLY TRASHED YOUR LOVE and obviously do not care to understand how precious love is. 
Then you will feel free to find love, new family and learn to trust again knowing that GOD is walking by your side and that his hamsa will be there to help you.

I am immensely enjoying my life in Israel among loving, appreciative and compassionate individuals who are proud to support truth and justice. This especially includes the Israelis who have taken me in as a member of their family.
I have not only been very happy spending time with these Israeli individuals; I have been enjoying all the enriching and fun things to do here in Israel while living the daily life of Tikkun Olam (healing the world). All of the Israelis I associate with help others on a daily basis accomplish important things. This is a beautiful way to live.

I don’t know if you are aware or you even care, but recently HOLOCAUST REMEMBRANCE DAY was memorialized here in Israel and also in many countries around the world including the United States. Here in Akko, Israel where I am living; many businesses closed early, there was also a moment of silence and no music was played throughout the day.

We remembered how millions of Jewish children, including teen and young adult children, were torn from the loving arms of their Mother and Father. As I have posted on my website and facebook pages and on many documents in public records for California case #09D0027921 and all the related cases in California and United States Appeals Courts, PARENTAL ALIENATION is VERY SIMILAR TO WHAT ADOLPH HITLER AND THE NAZIS DID DURING THE HOLOCAUST. If you disagree; please explain to me why YOU have been refusing to use your HARVARD business school negotiation skills, your business experiences and your compassion (if you have any) to help me and our children begin to communicate after ELEVEN YEARS NOW. ***As any reasonable person knows, and experts have proven; a kind and caring parent SHOULD WANT children of divorce to receive love and have a companionship with BOTH of their divorced parents.

1) Please explain to me why our children should want to alienate me from their lives since I have ALWAYS BEEN a loving, honest, law-abiding Woman and Mother as my ACTIONS from my entire life prove. Further, people who know me will attest to my kind loving character as this email I received today May 4, 2019 from someone I know in Akko, Israel states: “You’re a sweet and charming woman.”

So why Mark, do you REFUSE TO ENCOURAGE with your very sophisticated negotiation skills, our children to begin to email and talk to me? Reasonable and responsible parents are supposed to guide their children OF ALL AGES, throughout their lives.

2) Also Mark, please explain to me why you have been refusing for over ELEVEN YEARS NOW, to try to help our children and me begin to communicate even though you claim you are an honest, kind person and father and JEW TOO WHO HAS MADE MANY CONTRIBUTIONS TO JEWISH ORGANIZATIONS.

Have you also involved our children in the horrible COLLEGE ADMISSION SCANDAL involving the college counseling business in Newport Beach, California? As you know, Newport Beach is where we had a family home which seems to have disappeared since it does not appear on any divorce documents. Since our children are very smart, have they been illegally taking college admission tests claiming to be one of these students? Have they been photo shopping the photos and other documents to go along with the false stories since they are good at this too?

I already know, and as public records prove; our children have 27 student loans in their names when we had saved millions of dollars for their college education and did not need loans. You tried to get me to take out these student loans in my name and I reasonably and honestly refused which is what began our divorce and the very well documented Parental Alienation.

So Mark, do you still claim that I am not allowed to email you about ending the Parental Alienation and requesting you, as the father of our children, to encourage them to begin communicating with me because this is HARRASSMENT TO YOU? Really, what reasonable judge would ever grant such a restraining order? You know or should know that JUDGE JAMES S. SKEKAS whom I clerked for would be appalled and would have ended the Parental Alienation immediately. He would have also demanded monthly and then yearly updates on my Mother/Daughter and Mother/Son relationships. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to clerk for him for many years.

So why not begin NOW to encourage our children to email me? Then I can give them an Israeli number where they can call me. Not only is this reasonable; only an evil father would still continue to promote this Parental Alienation which has been going on for over ELEVEN YEARS NOW.

Also, here is an email I received from a friend of mine in Israel today who is appalled and disgraced by your behavior and helping me end Parental Alienation and also helping me make Aliyah.

My Israeli friend Moshe, as explained in the email below, is helping me accomplish the very sacred act of making Aliyah. Moshe told me yesterday, Friday May 10, 2019, shortly before Sabbath began here in Israel that I should not worry about anything because he will TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING. Moshe TOLD ME AGAIN that he will help me make Aliyah and also help me begin communicating with my children whom I have been alienated from for eleven years due to the terror and torture of the epidemic problem of Parental Alienation. He also recently told me, in front of one of his relatives too while we were walking to his car, that he believes GOD sent me to Israel and to him too so he can help me.

I responded to Moshe yesterday that he is a very good person. He responded that he tries to be good and follow the commandments of GOD and help others. EVER SINCE I HAVE KNOWN MOSHE; he has done all that he has told me he would do so I TRUST MOSHE since HE HAS PROVEN I CAN TRUST HIM and I REASONABLY DO NOT EXPECT MOSHE TO CHANGE. 
In addition, according to the Torah Parashas Mishpatim which is part of EXODUS; it is stated repeatedly, especially in sections 22 and 23 that GOD abhors lies, betrayal, schemes and other falsehoods and will root out those who cause innocent people harm because it proves they do not care about them. It states in these sections of the Torah that the Torah demands:
1) NOT ONLY that people not sin, but that they also 
2) NOT DO ANYTHING that can:
3) ENCOURAGE or IMPLY APPROVAL of 
DISHONESTY or of the SINS OF OTHERS.
In other words, this includes approving or doing anything to encourage those who promote Parental Alienation or who try to stop an honest, loving, law-abiding, brave, Woman and Mother like Me from exercising her legal birthright of making Aliyah. 
Moshe, as his life has proven, values the Torah, its commandments and living a life of Tikkun Olam; not one of lies, betrayal and dishonesty or of approving of those who do these heinous acts. Moshe’s honest values and character is explained in the email below.

With that being said, here is the email sent to RABBI MITCHELL WOLHBERG, which I sent as MOSHE requested and MOSHE’S response to me of “excellent” proving once again that MOSHE can be TRUSTED to do what he says he will do and be PROUD as he should be.

As you know, you have been receiving my posts from my website and facebook page since 2013 when I established them. Accordingly, you are aware of the epidemic problem of terror and torture called Parental Alienation that I, my children and millions of others are suffering from in America, Israel and around the world. Shamefully and horrifically the facts clearly prove you have been ignoring this epidemic problem. 
You have also been ignoring Me too for the past 30 years since I proved you guilty of tax evasion and tax fraud as the file in the Baltimore County Circuit Court in Towson proves. You demanded the lawsuit file be sealed as part of the settlement so your malicious, criminal and evil behavior could be hidden. We reached a settlement so you could avoid going to jail as the testimony of Judge Dana Levitz proves which is part of this sealed lawsuit file.

Many people in Israel where I am living now can’t believe that a Mother would behave this way, especially a Mother who considers herself a Jew and a religious one too who is active in synagogue administration and other religious activities. You have ignored Me for 30 years because I FOLLOWED THE LAW and REASONABLY WOULD NOT ALLOW YOU TO USE MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER and a fraudulent grantor trust your crooked Jewish attorney Leonard Kohlenstein set up for the criminal purposes of evading taxes so you could have more disposable income and controlling me too. 
This lawsuit was one of the cases used which HELPED CHANGE LEGAL PRECEDENT by making the “kiddie trust” tax laws obsolete in America. This helped humanity and is an example of Tikkun Olam, healing the world.

So why have you, a religious Jew, been alienating me for 30 years now? Do you think this is reasonable, compassionate, acting as a Jew?

As Torah Parashas Shemini from Leviticus clearly states; Jews are FORBIDDEN to create problems for OTHER JEWS AND HUMANITY. Instead, Jews are COMMANDED to honestly and diligently help JEWS AND OTHERS resolve their problems which is living a life a TIKKUN OLAM, healing the world.

With that being said, I am now asking you to please choose to CHANGE YOUR WAYS by simply helping me ORDER MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE. The State of Israel needs this document so I can carry out the MITZVAH of making Aliyah which is my birthright as a Jew to return to Israel to live. 
My friends cannot order it and I need a credit card associated with an Israeli address. 
ONLY A MOTHER OR FATHER can order the birth certificate for me. It is very easy to do on-line through ‘Express Vitals’ or through some other website and I can assist you. Also, I am sure my sister, RUTH PENN CARLINER who also claims to be a religious Jew and is active on synagogue boards and in other religious activities too can assist you. Maybe one of your grandchildren can help you. It should only take a few minutes.

Also, the cost is less than $100 and I am sure the CHARITABLE FOUNDATION you set up at BETH TFILOH SYNAGOGUE in my late father’s name STANLEY ZELIG PENN, can provide these funds since MAKING ALIYAH IS A MITZVAH as most Jews know, especially religious ones like yourself and my sister.

In addition, you can easily then have the birth certificate sent to the apostille agency in Maryland to have the required apostille affixed. Then the apostille agency can send the birth certificate directly to me in Israel. I can give them my address. Again the cost of the apostille is under $100 and with shipping it may be a little more.

My Grandfather was a Jew who PROUDLY ACTED LIKE A JEW, living his life helping others and enriching himself in many positive ways until the day he died. He is what is called in Hebrew a “tsaddik” which is a righteous Jewish person who deserves great respect and honor.

When my mother HELENE COPLAN PENN-DORF began alienating me in 1985, I attended therapy with the leader of the Jewish Big Brother and Big Sister League in Baltimore, Maryland named CONRAD NATHAN. I was very distraught as you can imagine and I was 27 years old. This was the time my lawsuit involving the tax evasion and tax fraud schemes of my parents, my sister RUTH PENN CARLINER and their Jewish attorney LEONARD KOHLENSTEIN was starting to be prepared.

I was graciously advised by the honest, compassionate and also very wise judge I clerked for JUDGE JAMES S. SFEKAS and also my honest, compassionate and very wise Trust and Estates law school professor and Director of the Trust and Estates Department of a major Baltimore Bank named LARRY ROSENTHAL that IF I WANTED TO LIVE MY LIFE AS AN HONEST PERSON WITH GOOD CHARACTER, since my parents, sister and their attorney REFUSED to stop using my social security number in their tax fraud and tax evasion scheme that I had to sue them. I DID NOT HAVE THE STRENGTH TO SUE THEM so therapist Conrad Nathan, Judge James S. Sfekas and Larry Rosenthal all worked together to help me develop the strength I needed. This took several years of therapy and also the HAND OF GOD, I believe.

One of the important things I learned in this therapy was that MY MOTHER IS THE WORST TYPE OF NARCISSIST. This was also confirmed in my therapy of many years beginning in 2008 involving my divorce and coping with the terror and torture of Parental Alienation. In other words, my mother does not respond; instead she makes up her own reality and ignores anyone who tries to destroy her own made-up or FALSE REALITY and FALSE LIFE. She PRETENDS she is a good Jew who lives an honest, compassionate life when the FACTS prove the complete opposite; she uses her money, experiences and skills to harm anyone who tries to destroy her FAKE LIFE.

I HAVE TRIED THROUGHOUT MY LIFE TO GET MY MOTHER TO CHANGE; as I did again last night when I sent the email to her which is in the post below. My mother has ALWAYS REFUSED and as her email response to me proves below; she makes up excuses and then goes away PRETENDING to be an honest, kind Jew with all the money she has STOLEN due to tax fraud and tax evasion schemes including those in the NONPROFIT synagogue BETH TFILOH CONGREGATION which promotes Parental Alienation. My mother even set up a CHARITABLE NONPROFIT FOUNDATION in my crooked, evil late father’s name who was also involved in the tax evasion and tax fraud lawsuit.

What I also learned in therapy and also in my 61 years of life is that these NARCISSISTS and other crooked, evil people are never happy or satisfied. They live a life of shame and greed and cannot Love or enjoy the Beauty in the World around us. They end up destroying themselves and die as unhappy souls despite all the money they have.

I hope this information helps many of you reading this who are also trying to understand and cope with these narcissists who create and promote the evil of Parental Alienation and refuse to change. With that being said, here is my mother’s response I received to the two emails I sent her last night. I don’t expect to hear from her again although I hope I am wrong and this time she decides to change her evil ways.

I was so happy to see that you signed the email you sent me the other day, 5/15/2019 with “Love.” I hope this means that you now want to love and not hate by beginning to communicate with me after 30 years of alienation in an HONEST, CIVIL WAY with HONEST INTENTIONS.

In other words Mom; I hope you now want to stop alienating me after 30 years because I REASONABLY DEFENDED my good values, good character and my legal right to enforce freedom, equal rights and justice which is demanded of Jews and also Attorneys.

As an attorney as the beloved and honorable judge I clerked for, JUDGE JAMES S. SFEKAS explained to me: like him, I was taught to ALWAYS use my legal education, skills and experience to diligently ENFORCE the United States Constitution which is based upon enforcing laws with REASON, not with ENTITLEMENT, by those who believe they are entitled to TAKE ADVANTAGE of others.

THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE U.S. CONSTITUTIONS ORDERS AMERICANS, especially those with a legal education and legal experiences, to REDRESS THEIR GRIEVANCES so that DEMOCRACY can continue in the United States, as our founding fathers intended.

Mom, you should be PROUD OF ME for living in 1985 and still living my life as the beloved and very well respected JUDGE JAMES S. SFEKAS taught me along with your wonderful father, MY GRANDFATHER BEN. WHAT MORE COULD YOU WISH FOR OF A CHILD; ESPECIALLY OF A CHILD OF THE TENDER AGE OF 27, TO TAKE ON SUCH RESPONSIBILITY? The lawsuit proves I accomplished a wonderful MITZVAH because in America wealthy parents and a wealthy sibling working with their hired crooked attorney can no longer use their child’s or sister’s social security number and a fraudulent grantor trust to hold the honest and innocent child of any age financially hostage in order to cheat the Government out of taxes. My case helped make the “kiddie trust” tax laws OBSOLETE so what happened to me can never happen again to anyone.

Also Mom, since you are currently active and have been for many decades at BETH TFILOH SYNAGOGUE and other Jewish organizations I will mention some relevant lessons from the Torah.

In Exodus, GOD made it very clear that those who consider themselves Jews live by the Torah. In return, GOD promised that he will protect them and provide for them but also made it clear that living by the Torah is a GREAT RESPONSIBILITY. Mom, MY ENTIRE LIFE PROVES that I have lived by the Torah AND also that GOD has PROTECTED ME and PROVIDED FOR ME every step of the way. For example:

I had a wonderful marriage for 20 years until my husband, who is still my legal husband due to the fraudulent divorce decree, decided to become corrupt.

I did not accept that corrupt way of life with YOU in 1985 and would not accept it 20 years later with HIM. HE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER but evil, crooked people often think they are more powerful than GOD. Regardless, GOD has always provided for Me and protected Me. Specifically, WITHOUT GOD; I could have never survived all of this terror from those I reasonably loved and trusted. WITHOUT GOD, I also would not have the health and skills to peacefully use the legal system and other peaceful means to change legal precedent and live a life filled with love, compassion and pride for helping humanity and helping GOD heal the world.

Also Mom, since you have been ignoring the epidemic problem of Parental Alienation too, maybe like the brothers of Joseph as discussed in Bereishis in Genesis, who did not realize their cruel and evil act of selling him into slavery was for a noble end; maybe your alienation of me for 30 years and my children’s alienation of me since the time of divorce in 2008 will prove to have a noble end too. Joseph was in Egypt to save the world from famine and lay the foundation for the Exodus.

I RAISED MY CHILDREN as their full-time stay-at-home Mother and I KNOW THEY HAVE HONORABLE VALUES AND CHARACTER and TRULY WANT TO DO WHAT IS REASONABLE, LOVING AND MORAL. This is how I raised them and how they lived until the time of divorce.

PUBLIC RECORDS in California and also in American Appeals Court LAY THE FOUNDATION for the CRIMINALIZATION OF PARENTAL ALIENATION in America and throughout the world as many countries have reasonably already done. Brainwashing, emotional abuse, abuse of power, modern slavery of using 501(c)(3) and other nonprofit tax loopholes used with the evil intent to steal a loving, honest Woman and Mothers marital assets and using the alienated children to commit crimes have all reasonably been criminalized in many European countries, Brazil and elsewhere.

So Mom, since you signed your email “love” which I have copied below for you to conveniently confirm; are you now HONESTLY INTENDING to help me MAKE A MITZVAH of making Aliyah in Israel which is my birthright as a Jew by ordering my Certified Birth Certificate for me? The Torah says and also many wise leaders have said THAT IT IS NEVER TOO LATE to change your harmful ways and make them positive so they become an act of Tikkun Olam and a reasonable act which supports PUBLIC POLICY and HUMANITY.

******Mom, all I am asking of you is an email with a “yes” or a “no” that you will order my certified birth certificate for me within the week, which you can do as my mother. Then you can send it to me and I can send it to the apostille agency. That is it. WILL YOU DO IT?
